Gracia Wan Joined CEVA in Jan 2010 as China Country Manager leading CEVA sales and support team in China. Gracia has over 10 years experience in semiconductor industry and focus on SIP licensing business in recent 7 years. Prior to joining CEVA, she was China Country Manager at CommTone Solution Co., Ltd. representing multiple famous IP companies in China include InterDigital, Discretix, Comsys etc. Gracia holds an engineering degree from the Harbin Engineering University.
Barbara Yu, Joined CEVA in Jan 2011 as Taiwan Country Manager leading CEVA Taiwan support team. Barbara has over 12 years experiences in semiconductor industry and focus on SIP licensing business in recent 4 years. Prior to joining CEVA, she was Taiwan Country Manager in Tensilica (IP company) and Sr. Sales Manager in Magma Inc (EDA company) etc. Barbara holds a MBA degree from National Chiao-Tung University.
Moshe Sheier serves as our Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Sheier brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor IP and chip industry in both development and managerial roles. Prior to this position, Mr. Sheier was the Director of Product Marketing at CEVA and before that he has managed Xilinx Inc. partner program in EMEA. Before joining CEVA, he was with the DSP Group since 1993, holding different engineering and R&D management positions, including the VLSI Department Manager. Mr. Sheier holds several US patents in the area of DSP architectures, a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A.
Senior Director of Marketing & AI Strategy, Vision BU, CEVA. Yair is focusing on expanding CEVA’s low power technology into new and exciting markets. His focus is on computer vision, deep learning, audio, voice and always-on technologies going into Mobile phones, AR/VR, and other consumer devices. Yair and his team collaborate with lead industry companies to bring these new technologies to the market.
Franz has more than 15 years of experience in the semiconductor IP area, specifically in the connectivity markets. He co-founded RivieraWaves in 2010 and lead the sales and marketing activities. In 4 years, he grew the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi IP business from zero to $4M. Before joining RivieraWaves, Franz has been the Product Marketing Manager at Wipro-NewLogic during 4 years, in charge of the Bluetooth IP portfolio. From 1999 to 2005, Franz held several positions of project leader, customer support manager, team leader and hardware design engineer at VLSI Technology, Philips Semiconductor, NewLogic and PLDA.
Nir Shapira is a Business Development Director in CEVA Mobile Broadband BU. Nir has been in the communication industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining CEVA, Nir was the CTO at Wiliot, doing batteryless Bluetooth, and the CTO of Celeno Communications from its inception, doing carrier grade WiFi.
Nir has made significant contributions to standardizations, notably 802.11, and has dozens of patents in the field of communications. Nir holds a B.Sc. (summa cum laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, in both Electrical Engineering and Physics, and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University
Stephen Scheirey leads software development for CEVA’s sensor fusion business unit. Steve is a hands-on technology leader with over 20+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and user experience. Prior to CEVA, Steve was a founding team member of Hillcrest Labs, Inc. where he helped develop state of the art products for mobile, TV, and robotics. Steve holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Roger Huang is the director of DIGITIMES Research, the research arm of DIGITIMES Inc. DIGITIMES Research focuses on studies of high-tech industry trends, surveys of production and sales, developments of products and technologies and strategies of industry leaders.
Previously, Roger Huang was the Head of Strategic Planning and Virtual Incubation of the Committee of Communications Industry Development (CoCID).
Roger Huang has many years of industry analysis experience in mobile, broadband, IoT and applications. In addition to conducting industry analysis, he also serves as strategic planning consultant for startups and enterprises.
After graduating from Beijing Institute of Technology, Ke Li worked in the semiconductor industry and market research of China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute (CCID). He is currently the vice president of CCID Consulting Co., Ltd. and a national registered consultant.With 20 years of experience in analysts, he has long studied the development of China’s ICT industry and market, focusing on research in the semiconductor and optoelectronics industry and market, and has deep understanding in the field of China’s integrated circuits, flat panel displays, new components, and the Internet of Things. He participated many times in the preparation of industrial planning of relevant government departments, and published dozens of professional papers and market research articles in the core journals and professional periodicals and website of ICT. During his work, he has presided over several national and local government planning research projects in the information industry and semiconductor field, and has hosted a number of multinational corporations and large-scale domestic electronic information companies (groups) development strategy projects.
Hiroki Hihara, Ph.D. joined the NEC Corporation in 1986 and currently serves NEC Space Technologies concurrently as a senior manager. For over 30 years, he has been engaged in the development of onboard computers, network appliances and image processing systems of satellites. In addition, he also developed microprocessors, image processing ASICs and software development tools for spacecraft.
Tiezhen WANG received his BS degree in the department of applied physics from Xidian University, and his Master degree in Information Technology from Telecom Sudparis.
He is currently a senior software engineer in Google Brain primarily focusing on deploying AI to edge devices. Previously, he has also been working on Cloud computing and Distributed Systems.
Zhenyu Zhou received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1995. He also has a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University, received in 1983 and 1987, respectively. Henow serves as the chairman and CEO in Actions (Zhuhai)Technology Co., Ltd. Dr. Zhou is a certified national-level expert,and owns six US and global patents. In 2014, he was named China’s IC Design Industry 2014 Entrepreneur. Dr. Zhou has over 20 years of senior management experience in the fabless IC design industry, during which he successfully founded two IC design companies and oversaw numerous acquisitions and integrations.He has experience in establishing R&D teams, developing strategy and product road maps, and driving revenue growth through design-win activity and capital market operation.
Between 1995 and 1998, Dr. Zhou worked for Conexant / Rockwell Semiconductor in the United States, as senior engineer and engineering manager. In 1999, Dr. Zhou founded NetRidium Communications in the United States, which was subsequently acquired by ESS in 2000. After acquisition, Dr. Zhou served as the Vice President of Engineering, and then Senior Vice President of Digital Imaging Products in ESS Technology. In 2005, he founded Mavrix Technology Inc, which was acquired in 2010 by Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd, a NASDAQ public company. In 2012, Dr. Zhou was appointed by Board of Director as CEO of Actions. Since 2014, Dr. Zhou has led the privatization of Actions from NASDAQ and established Actions (Zhuhai) Technology. Co., Ltd.,
Mr Li has a wide-ranging experience in AI, ICT, and IOT technology. He served in the Wireless Technology Research Center in Huawei Technologies. He participated in the definition and development of the first compact 3G telecom wireless base station in the industry.

Ram Shallom brings to Autotalks over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing and R&D of cutting-edge technological products.
Prior to Autotalks, Ram served in executive positions in Israeli innovative start-ups including co-founding Kupoya (acquired by ACTU-CCI.COM). Prior to leading Kupoya, Ram led a large-scale Israel Defence Prize winning project, for an elite technological unit of the Israeli Defence Forces.
Ram holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. (both Magna Cum Laude) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.
Hongyu Li has over 20 years of experience in high-tech industries of Silicon Valley, Taiwan and Mainland China. He is an expert in communication technology, radio frequency IC and System on Chip in general. The IC products Hongyu Li brought to mass market include ZigBee,WLAN,Bluetooth,GPS,CDMA,CDMA2000,TDMA,GSM,WCDMA and satellite communication IC.
Hongyu co-founded Hyperband Communications Inc. in Silicon Valley and Uniband Electronic Corp in Taiwan in 2002。 Hyperband was sold to Mediatek in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, Hongyu led the RFIC team in Mediatek to develop Bluetooth and WiFi products. Hongyu founded design service company, Alto Semiconductors Inc. in Silicon Valley in 2008. It provided leading edge RF/Analog and DSP IPs to Silicon Valley startups and major semiconductor companies.
In 2015, Hongyu founded BlueX Microelectronics, a fabless company, focusing on wireless IOT and wearable ICs.
Hongyu is currently the president of North America Chinese Semiconductor Association and Board of Director of Silicon Valley Science & Technology Association. He is co-founder of IC Cafe in Shanghai/Silicon Valley.
Jonathan Su co-founded Pilot AI and is the CEO. He received his PhD from Stanford CS, where he focused on computational math and high performance computing. Prior to Pilot AI, Jon founded Phisix Fashion Labs, which specialized in high fidelity clothing simulation, which was acquired by eBay in 2014. Prior to Phisix, he also held positions at Intel Labs and Microsoft Research Asia. Working on deep learning computer vision algorithms, Pilot AI Labs is the world leader in edge-based perception.
Professor Xueliang Zhang is the CTO & Co-founder of Elevoc.
His obtained the title of Professor at the School of Computer Science, Inner Mongolia University. He also holds a Ph.D. in speech technology research group from the Institute of Automation. Prior to this, he obtained his Master of Artificial Intelligence research group at Harbin Institute of Technology .
Professor Zhang has decades of engagement in speech enhancement algorithm research and development work.
Dr. Chengjin Zhang serves as Director of Engineering for Nurlink Technology, a pioneer in fully integrated cellular IoT SoC. In this role, he is responsible for development and commercialization activities associated with baseband modem for cellular IoT technologies such as NB-IoT and eMTC. Chengjin joined Nurlink as a member of the founding team in 2018. Prior to that, he was with Qualcomm modem systems team in San Diego for twelve years. He holds a doctorate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
Lillian Chen served previously as sales director of Xunlei and Ucloud. As director of the innovation business department of AISpeech, Lillian explores cooperation possibilities in intelligent speech around the IoT field. At present, she mainly focuses on the scenario of low-power consumption solutions, connecting smart home, smart wear, mobile phone, pad industry solutions. Lilian served leading enterprises, such as OPPO mobile phone, BBK PAD, AIWAYS AUTO, Mi, and more.
Kevin is the Manager, Technical Sales and Support for Immervision, designer of wide-angle lenses with augmented resolution to see more and, AI-ready image processing for smarter professional application, consumer devices, automotive, robotics, and medical. Prior to joining Immervision, Kevin has occupied several leadership positions in engineering and business at Qualcomm, Nokia, GE, ST-Ericsson, Lenovo and Panasonic.
In 2017 Kevin moved with his family to Montreal, Canada. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, an MBA in General Management and a Professional Diploma in Computer Graphics. Kevin is fluent in English, French and Chinese Mandarin.
When not traveling the world, Kevin enjoys spending time with family, photographing his adventures, table tennis and mountain climbing.
Thomas is utilizing his 19-years of extensive experience both SW/HW for embedded vision system to expand Nextchip’s in-house imaging & vision line-up in to Automotive application.
Kavé has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. His main areas of interest are Automotive and Wireless Connectivity IC design, where he holds several patents and paper publications. He started his career at Philips Research Labs in 1982 and moved on to Philips Semiconductors in 1990. He joined Catena in the year 2000, where he is the Vice president and Chief Technology Officer.
Amy has been in broadband connectivity industry for the past 15 years, both in HW and SW areas. Today she is heading Tempow Strategic OEM and IC partnerships. Before joining Tempow, she has been working in Qualcomm and Atheros leading European carrier engagement between 2007-2014. Following as founding partner of Ignition Design Labs in Silicon Valley, rolled out WiFi spectrum booster API to broadband and gaming OEMs in Europe. Before semiconductor years, she held European business development role for Gemtek in Hsinchu for 4 years, sales footprint from 2M US$ to 50M US$.
Lars Isaksson is General Manager and Business Director for Business Unit Headphones at Dirac since 3 years with the objective of making Diracs audio technologies for headphones globally available. Lars has previously worked at various software companies in sales- and technical roles on a global scale towards the mobile- and fixed operator space.
