Gracia Wan Joined CEVA in Jan 2010 as China Country Manager leading CEVA sales and support team in China. Gracia has over 10 years experience in semiconductor industry and focus on SIP licensing business in recent 7 years. Prior to joining CEVA, she was China Country Manager at CommTone Solution Co., Ltd. representing multiple famous IP companies in China include InterDigital, Discretix, Comsys etc. Gracia holds an engineering degree from the Harbin Engineering University.
Barbara Yu, Joined CEVA in Jan 2011 as Taiwan Country Manager leading CEVA Taiwan support team. Barbara has over 12 years experiences in semiconductor industry and focus on SIP licensing business in recent 4 years. Prior to joining CEVA, she was Taiwan Country Manager in Tensilica (IP company) and Sr. Sales Manager in Magma Inc (EDA company) etc. Barbara holds a MBA degree from National Chiao-Tung University.
Kazuyoshi Hibino Joined CEVA in Nov 2008 as Japan Country Manager leading CEVA sales and support team in Japan. Hibino has over 25 years experience in semiconductor industry and focus on SIP licensing business in recent 10 years. Prior to joining CEVA, he was Sales Director of VeriSilicon Inc. (ASIC and IP company) and before that held several business management positions at LSI Logic (ASIC company), TSMC (Foundry), etc. Hibino holds an engineering degree from Seikei University.
Moshe Sheier serves as our Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Sheier brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor IP and chip industry in both development and managerial roles. Prior to this position, Mr. Sheier was the Director of Product Marketing at CEVA and before that he has managed Xilinx Inc. partner program in EMEA. Before joining CEVA, he was with the DSP Group since 1993, holding different engineering and R&D management positions, including the VLSI Department Manager. Mr. Sheier holds several US patents in the area of DSP architectures, a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A.
Liran Bar serves as CEVA’s Director of Product Marketing, overseeing Imaging & Vision DSP core product line. Liran has more than fifteen years of experience in the imaging semiconductor industry. Prior to joining CEVA, Mr. Bar was Director of Product Marketing at Altair Semiconductor covering LTE wireless communications product line. Before that he served as a director of product marketing at different multidisciplinary companies specializing in DSP multimedia, CMOS image sensor and Image signal processing. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Franz has more than 15 years of experience in the semiconductor IP area, specifically in the connectivity markets. He co-founded RivieraWaves in 2010 and lead the sales and marketing activities. In 4 years, he grew the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi IP business from zero to $4M. Before joining RivieraWaves, Franz has been the Product Marketing Manager at Wipro-NewLogic during 4 years, in charge of the Bluetooth IP portfolio. From 1999 to 2005, Franz held several positions of project leader, customer support manager, team leader and hardware design engineer at VLSI Technology, Philips Semiconductor, NewLogic and PLDA.
Zeev Kaplan is a Communication Algorithms Team Leader in CEVA Wireless BU. He has over 15 years of experience in communications engineering with expertise in algorithms, DSP Cores and systems design. Zeev has a broad experience with LTE, Wi-Fi and wired home-networking (HomePNA, HomePlug, G.hn) networking standards. Zeev Kaplan has a BSc. (Summa Cum Laude) and MSc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Youval Nachum serves as CEVA’s Senior Product Marketing Manager for audio and voice product line. Youval brings over 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience, spanning marketing, system architecture, ASIC, and software domains at leading technology companies. He is passionate about anticipating long term trends and leading technical programs to their successful completion. Highly proficient in combining market requirements, product definitions, industry standards and design innovations into breakthrough products. Youval holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Dana Zhang Joined CEVA in March 2017 as Product Solution Manager in China. Dana has over 10 years’ experience in communication engineering with expertise in PHY layer implementation and design. Dana holds an master degree from the Newcastle University.

Vincent Nallatamby is the founder and CEO of Tempow, a 15-people startup based in Paris, designing a new enhanced BT Audio Stack. Tempow’s first product, the Tempow Audio Profile (TAP), allowing to connect 5 speakers from one smartphone, is available into Motorola smartphones. The company is now working on True Wireless Earbuds. Vincent Nallatamby was named one of the “100 under 30 French Entrepreneurs to follow” in 2018.
Luke Liu is President & CEO of LIPS Corporation, based in Silicon Valley of Taipei (R.O.C.). He holds a M.S. in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Fu Jen Research Institute.

He started his career at Philips Research Labs in 1982 and moved on to Philips Semiconductors in 1990. He joined Catena in the year 2000, where he is the Vice president and Chief Technology Officer.
Igor Kofman, is a Director of Business Development at Silentium. Igor loves disruptive headphone technologies and new ANC application use cases. During his twenty plus years in Consumer Electronics and Automotive industries, Igor directed New Technology development, New Product incubators and Product Strategy for companies like Bose, Harman Becker and general Motors. Igor brings wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Wearables Product Strategy and ANC technology hardware and software. When Igor is away from being obsessed with Noise Management he can be found in a Surf-ski or on a ski slope.
José M. López-Almansa holds a M. Sc. on Telecommunications Engineering from Technical University of Madrid. He has more than twenty years of experience on GNSS Technology. He spent three years at the Technological Center of the European Space Agency (The Netherlands) working mainly on modelling of interference effects on GNSS receivers. Afterwards, he joined the Spanish company GMV where he has been working on multiple projects about GNSS technology for European Space Agency (ESA) and Galileo Supervisor Authority (GSA), as well as internal GNSS R&D activities. He currently serves as Technical Leader within GMV, leading the developments on SDR GNSS Receivers.

Miki Haseyama (Professor) is an Adviser to the President; a Director of Education and Research Center for Mathematical and Data Science; a Vice Dean of Graduate School of Information Science and Technology; a Director of Front Office for Human Resource Education and Development Support Office for Female Researchers; a Deputy Director of Office for Institutional Research in Hokkaido University. Her research interest includes multimedia processing of image, audio, music, video, text, Web, biological signals, etc. Moreover, her recent research topic is real world application of multimedia processing technologies based on AI, IoT and big data/complex network analysis. She has been a Director, International Coordination and Publicity of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE); a Vice-President of the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers, Japan (ITE); an Editor-in-Chief of ITE Transactions on Media Technology and Applications. She has also been a Board Member/Chief Technical Adviser of the Information Grand Voyage Project, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan; an Expert Member of the Information and Communication Council, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan; a Member of the Science Council of Japan and other organizations. Furthermore, through the collaboration with foreign R&D projects such as Quaero, CHORUS and Theseus, her achievements were highly appreciated.
Ram Shallom brings to Autotalks over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing and R&D of cutting-edge technological products.
Prior to Autotalks, Ram served in executive positions in Israeli innovative start-ups including co-founding Kupoya (acquired by ACTU-CCI.COM). Prior to leading Kupoya, Ram led a large-scale Israel Defence Prize winning project, for an elite technological unit of the Israeli Defence Forces.
Ram holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. (both Magna Cum Laude) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.
Rendong Ying received his B.S. in 1994 from East China Norm University, Shanghai, China, Master and Ph.D. degree in 2001 and 2007 respectively from Shanghai Jiaotong University, all in electronic engineering. He is now associate professor at the Dept. of EE at Shanghai Jiaotong Univ. Dr. Ying has published 20 journal and conference papers and has 5 awarded patents. He is the author of “Embedded System – Principle and Design,” Publishing House of Electronics Industry 2011.

Image compression and processing SoC in wide variety of products, Digital Camcoder, MPEG2 AV decoder for DVD, TV, professional video camera, and managed Taiwan R&D center for image processing SoC design, CMOS image sensor technical support centers in Taiwan and China. Back to R&D work with DSP technology from 2014, spin-out this year to develop DSP based vision solution to contribute to Open Innovation.

Based in Canada, Patrice heads ImmerVision’s engineering as well as, contributes to IP growth and the adoption of ImmerVision’s 360° panomorph technology by global corporations. He has overseen the integration of 360° imaging technology in numerous consumer electronics, surveillance, automotive, aerospace, medical and broadcast products. Recently, he has led the miniaturization of the panomorph 360° technology for smartphones, tablets, wearables and IoT devices.
Back in 2000 in France, after completing his Master’s degree in image processing and computer graphics, Patrice joined the INRIA and contributed to their research in robotic surgery simulation field. In parallel, he co-founded ImmerVision, a company dedicated to 360° optics and imaging technology. With his conviction that 360° technology could be applied everywhere, he contributed to the development of 360° panomorph optical and imaging technology.
Beyond technology, Patrice believes that innovation is propelled by human beings, partnerships and alliances – he has collaborated with a large ecosystem of partners in the optics industry like Fujifilm, CBC Computar, Tamron and Kolen, and in the silicon industry like Marvel, Intel, Qualcomm, Sony, Samsung, HiSilicon, NXP and OmniVision. In addition, Patrice is an avid surfer, international traveler and always seeks to make new connections.

He joins in present corporation “SOCIONEXT” from 2015 as Director of Software Development Department of Imaging Solution Business Unit.
